Hotel Navona

Good clean comfortable Hotel in quiet location. Dealings with reception staff prior to arrival via email was very good yet welcome on arrival was very indifferent compared to most places we've stayed ,don't want or expect to be pampered but a simple hello when you return to the Hotel wouldn't go amiss -that said it did improve by the end of the week. Few issues with room - kettle and safe didn't work but both issues quickly resolved , also some days no replacement coffee sachets or cups left in room had to go and ask for them , no apology from reception just a begrudging here's 2 sachets ,fewer than were normally in the room .

I was traveling solo so stayed in the smallest room. Very modern, clean, great air conditioning. Unfortunately to get there you must go through the dining area which can be tricky with luggage at breakfast time. The location of this hotel relative to its cost makes it a good deal. ext time u might opt for a larger room.

I think one of the nicest boutique hotels in Rome. I wold definitely recommend and will More than likely stay there again

This was a great place. Clean, comfortable, really good location, very helpful staff, nice breakfast. Would highly recommend.
