We have stayed here before and loved it. This stay did not disappoint. My favorite amenity was the bed. It was the softest and most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. I loved the bed so much that i plan to order the mattress. The hotel was very clean and everyone wore a mask. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself had a neat, industrial feel to it but was still clean. It was a bit annoying to hear that the bar and restaurant were closed due to COVID, yet they were having a photo session with some random people in a common area where none of them were wearing masks, and I guarantee were not hotel customers either. They had their wardrobe set up in the middle of a hallway and were taking pictures on all the chairs in a common room, all without masks - yet, the bar and restaurant could not be open to paying customers. Seems a little ridiculous.

We had a fantastic stay at Nylo! This is our 2nd time at this location. It’s super clean and the staff is very friendly & helpful. It’s a very convenient location- Close to everything we love to do! We will be back!

The hotel was very clean and very very modern. My husband, son and myself were not impressed with our room. We felt like we were in a concrete box. There was no refrigerator to keep our drinks cold, no microwave in the room to heat up food. We were only offered 2 double beds, which were very uncomfortable. The shower was ok, but water leaked on the floor. The sink in the bathroom was very small. The lighting in the bathroom wasn't great, and there was only 1 lamp in the room, no overhead lights.
