Not too bad
Room is of ok size, typical of Japanese hotel size. Bed is comfortable. Next to Higashi Shinjuku metro. If you need to go to Yamanote line then is a bit of a problem. Problem is only that it is probably near a police station or a hospital that I hear siren all night long

Overall Great Stay
We loved our room. It was real cozy and everyone was very nice. The hotel is right next to a station that takes you to Shinjuku station and down the street from Golden Gai and Robot Restaurant. The only issue I noticed is we smelled cigarette smoke and we got a non smoking room.

Second Stay at this Hotel and Thumbs Up Again!!!
This is our second stay at this hotel. Nothing to fault about. Rooms are pretty small which is expected off in Tokyo. We just need the room for a good night sleep after a day of walking and shopping. We love the location as it is so near to the metro station. As it rained during one of the days and it didn't bother us as the metro station is right beside the hotel. We will be back for sure. Wifey love this hotel too. Tip...shut the windows as the hotel is near to a hospital so get ready to hear sirens. Shutting the windows helps drown out some of it.We really don't mind it at all.

good stay
I had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The staff was very nice. The room was clean and the toiletries provided were great. The neighborhood is quiet at night but there are convenience stores located steps away. Many food options, including McDonalds is within walking distance. The subway entrance is located next to the hotel. I would recommend this hotel!
