Good location
Good location as the hotel just located next to the Metro Station. The reception also provide luggage service even we send the luggage one day before our check in date.

Convenient place
Room was a bit small but that was expected being Japan. We went in winter and the building was a bit too warm for our liking and couldn't adjust the temperature of the room so we had to open the window for some air. Makes it a bit noisier and tricky to dress for the day because it gets too hot inside but it's pretty cold out. Facilities were good, we got 3 choices of restaurants for breakfast which is handy. Also appreciated the option to hold our luggage at Hotel New Hankyu Osaka on our last day, which is right next to the airport limousine stop.

Good location - right next to a metro station (important consideration for airport transfer) and surrounded by convenience stores and food options, and yet far enough from Shunjuku centre so that it's not too noisy at night. Staff speaks English well, and are as friendly as they are helpful. They happily kept our luggage for us on the first and last days (we had early and late flights). The hotel lobby includes 2 computers with a printer, automated currency exchange machine, a scale for luggage, and umbrellas free for guests to rent. There is free wifi in the lobby. Room is large enough to be comfortable for two. Room amenities and toilet are in good condition and working well. Toilet has good water pressure and reliable hot water supply. Housekeeping service was good - returned to an impeccably tidy room every evening, with all our bags neatly arranged. Not a single belonging went missing. Our stay was in winter, and the heating wasn't very strong despite maximal settings, but we still managed a comfortable nights' sleep. Room wifi was a little slow but it works. There is a vending machine at the end of the hallway for late night drinks. We stayed on a non-smoking floor and there was no smoke smell leaking from other floors. There is a laundry room on L2 of the hotel. Still our top choice if we were to visit again.
