Great breakfast but bad pillows
You get what you pay for in a tourist town. this was one of the cheaper options available so as expected the rooms were a little dated. However, things that should not be compromised for any hotel no matter the price were not great. For example the pillows were terrible with no support, and our shower was filled with black mold in the grout. Our other family members bathroom was not as dirty so maybe it was just our room. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was great too. The place has potential if they work on the bedding and bathroom cleanliness

The hotel had a connected pizzeria and a small playground for kids outside, so very kid friendly. The view of the mountains was amazing.

Make sure to bring your soap because they have only 2 tiny bottles of shampoo that should be used as a soap.

Staff was very accommodating and polite. I was able to get the rooms that I specifically requested because I told the hotel in advance. They even went the extra mile by ensuring that the rooms I reserved were beside each other and with a good view! Breakfast was plentiful and delicious with outstanding service. The hotel is a little older but it’s still clean, comfortable, and cozy. This hotel made my Neuschwanstein experience even more romantic with my girlfriend. I don’t know why the hotel has received bad reviews in the past- just be polite and patient and the staff will treat you like the valued guest that you are. I’ll definitely stay here again and recommend it to all my friends!

Owner/Manager was very unfriendly upon arrival and was no hotel staff were available after 6pm. No WiFi available except in restaurant. Parking was small space behind hotel. Breakfast was limited and staff unfriendly.

Poor welcome
Our stay was a story of two half’s. we had the worst welcome of any hotel ever and made to feel we were disturbing mother playing with her child. When we complained there was no Wi-fi she said “that is what we have”. The host on the second day was very nice and helped recover the bad review a little.
