Our company made a reservation for a business associate, 16 September 2019, based on reviews and pictures of the Guest House. I booked the superior room for the guest, thinking that it will be of the highest standard rooms available. What a disappointment for our guest and embarrassment for us as the company that made the booking. Smelly room and shattered glass above shower. Unfortunately I will never recommend this Guest House to anyone.

Very comfortable, good service and good value. The room was fine except the is not door for the toilet and bathroom limiting privacy in the room. Also there was a lot of noise from the dining and patio area that came into room 1 .

Not Royal at all!
It was possibly Royal a while ago. We booked 2 De luxe rooms with balcony: there was no balcony and no views, only electric fences. The hotel is not in good shape: the deck needs repairs, one stair is blocked with bricks. The room description says: minibar and bath robe - we are still looking for them. We arrived at 6:15pm. Only a security person was there. Impossible to claim about the rooms and to get info about where to go for dinner. And in the morning impossible to see the manager: nobody comes before noon. Breakfast people were nice - they do what they can - but breakfast was poor with basic items (Nescafe, etc)
