Wonderful stay from start to finish.
Wonderful stay. Handicap room was spacious enough for wheelchair mobility and handrails in bathroom helpful for stand and pivot transfers. Pet friendly. Mattress was sooo comfortable and linen very soft. The kitchenette was a great treat.

The hotel was very clean and the room had everything we needed. fridge/freezer, microwave, stove.... There’s no pool but there is a fitness center and laundry room.

The check-in process was easy and efficient. The room was as described, but the room smelled of cigarette smoke, although it was meant to be a non-smoking room. Not good when you're asthmatic

We were traveling with a dog so I used the pet friendly filter. When we got there, there was a $25 fee for the dog. This was not mentioned by Orbitz or the hotel when we booked the room! ☹️

Great stay at an affordable price!
Room was very clean and comfortable. This was my first time in a hotel since Covid took over. I normally had been in over 10 by this time of the year. I was happy to learn that rooms are kept vacant for 72 hours after guests leave to ensure the safety of cleaning staff and future guests. I feel safe staying in hotels again thanks to them! The front desk clerks were very nice and helpful! I will be back!

This is prob the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed at..no kidding!!!!!.......i stayed in room 300 and stayed from Thursday until sunday.....There is no room service which I prefer to be unbothered....They provide all you need! Kitchen, dishes, dish soap, rags, even free complimentary popcorn.24 hour free laundry and free coffee 24/7 waaaaaaaaaatttt???.The rooms were exceptionally clean, friendly, helpful and kind staff! The comfiest and cleanest and freshest beds! The clean rags and towels were so fresh and crispy white! My first time at a candlewood and I will be staying at this line of hotel more often...Perfect for families! This hotel is exquisite_walls and floors are super neat and shiny! All of these workers deserve a bonus for their services! I am a clean freak and very specific about where I stay, this place exceeded my expectations! STAY HERE!!!!!! :-) Other hotels need to take notes, this locations customer service is superb!
