Lovely stay. It was a return visit for us. Staff were great, location is very good and rooftop bar and the music history to the hotel is fun and quirky

The room was adequate and as advertised. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the rooftop bar and hot tub. This area was quite run down and disappointing. I would not have put a toe in the hot tub as it looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in years. We several plumbing issues in our room including a tub and sink that would not drain, the shower knob came off in my hand and a toilet that wouldn't stop running. We told the front desk the next morning but nothing was fixed when we returned. To be honest, the gentleman we told at the front desk seemed completely uninterested. The next morning we told a different person and the tub and toilet were fixed when we got back. We were on the 4th floor directly under the rooftop bar which is open all night. The music was very loud one evening and there were several times we were awakened by drunk people falling down the stairs outside our room.

enjoyable stay

Everything was spectacular! The atmosphere was loving and welcoming, however the Wi-Fi in Room 103 was not working. Besides this small detail everything was perfect.

Everything was absolutely amazing!
