The hotel itself was very cute and clean. The room was fine. We couldn’t find much about amenities within the room so we didn’t know what was there. We tried ordered in room dining (as it was stated on the tv) but apparently they didn’t have any. The restaurant was severely lacking. The shower was also not great, either burning or feeezing with no pressure.

Restful Stay
Our stay was perfect. There is so much to do at Patriot Place and we had easy access to restaurants, shopping and countless stores. The hotel itself is clean and quiet with a nice restaurant/bar that we could escape to.

Booked a stay due to blizzard conditions . They had not one walk way shoveled .. handicap access ramp was covered in snow had to find a way in .. no parking spaces were accessible ! Handicap parking ! Or any other .. waited over an hr for food and it was just nachos .. manager from dinning was not helpful at all .. was made to park and walk a ways being handicap ..

I forgot to ask for adjoining room until mid-checkin. Our front desk associate was so accommodating that he simply said, let me see what I can do. Three minutes later he had swapped over the reservations and my daughter and grandkids were right next door to my room. It was like a suite as my room had a sofa and sitting room, so we were able to visit and really enjoy our time together.
