we like staying here with the family
the only thing that was a bit frustrating is that we needed some extra bedding for the fold out couch. So i asked the front desk for the bedding and some extra pillows because we all know the pillows at hotels are not very supportive. They did give us the bedding but they didn't have any pillows to give us. So the guest on the pull out couch used a combination of couch cusions and bed sheets for head support. Other than that, we like this staybridge hotel.

Absolutely love staying here. My husband refuses to stay anywhere else but at the Staybridge when visiting family in SLC. Room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, what we expected and more.

Good stay overall
Our stay was good, the pool/water park was an additional cost and not included as I had thought it was. We were put in a room with a queen bed instead of a king, but the front desk was very helpful in rectifying the situation. Breakfast was good every day. We were happy with our stay.

Property was fine overall. Room was clean. Stairwell smelled absolutely terrible. I was dissatisfied to be charged an additional FEE for the pool that was not disclosed prior to check in. Water was shut off to the pool slides both mornings we went to swim. The front desk had to be contacted to request use. I was also told my young toddler would be an additional charge per night because we were exceeding our 3 person capacity by having 2 children.

Was okay. They didn't have extra pillows for the kids. They did bring extra bedding to make shift some pillows. Very friendly staff. Gave the kids extra breakfast bags which was nice especially for my teenagers
