My son and I were warmly greeted upon arrival, given great recommendations when we asked for them, and generally extremely pleased. The staff at the hotel were especially great with one exception, a woman who seemed to be too busy to be bothered to respond nicely and patiently to our questions. All of the other staff were exceedingly kind, patient, and provided easily understood directions and guidance when we requested it. The room was amazingly comfortable and if we could have smuggled those chairs out, we would have!
