Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Dreams Jade. Ever since check in to check out we were treated amazingly by the staff. Every employee we encountered was welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. We always had every need tended to in a timely manner and our amenities were above and beyond. Our room had a gorgeous view of the pool and ocean. The balcony was perfect at night to listen to the waves. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything you needed. The pool was big enough to space out from everyone and the pool staff was attentive with drinks and towels. The beach is right there and staff were always cleaning up seaweed to keep it clean and enjoyable. The food was okay as you would expect with an all inclusive option but there were always plenty of options to pick from. Plenty of activities to pick from for all ages and the resort is close enough to walk to the very cute town to shop and eat if you wanted to spend some time off the resort. The spa felt very luxurious and was priced fairly and the resort helps with booking excursions, transportation, etc. Would definitely recommend this resort to my family and friends and will definitely be staying again. Thank you for a wonderful week!

There was broken glass in the stairwell, and areas of wet tiles, where an elderly person slipped. Pools were nice, food in the international cafe was very good. Great coffee. Overly sweet drinks, as everywhere in Mexico.

I’ve stayed in the area almost 15 times and have stayed in at least 10 different places. The area I’ve always liked. We went into Porto morales and really enjoyed the small town. Regarding the resort I didn’t choose it because it was fir a wedding. The service was excellent. The facility was clean. What I didn’t like was I thought the property was so small compared to the places we’ve stayed before. No areas to just take a nice walk. The property had little to no wildlife that is so special about the area. The beach was incredibly small with really nothing to draw you to go on it. Maybe because the grounds were so small the noise at night was more noticeable. Again, I didn’t choose the resort. It may be something perfect for the wants they have but I felt it was limited for the cost.
