When we checked in the front desk attendent was on the phone. She whispered ID to me and pointed to where i needed to scan my card. No eye contact at all which clearly said this call is more important than you. Then i had to ask for my ID which was slid towards me, still no eye contact. The next morning my husband wandered over to the coffee duspencer while i returned our key cards. One lady asked for our room number. The other lady asked my husband if he wanted something. He said he wanted a cup of coffee but there were no cups. She replied "You have to pay for it." I told her that it said we got free breakfast. She asked if ou4 room rating included breakfast which implys that we pa8d more for the room to qualify for a breakfast that we didn't get. When i told her that it said free breakfast included when i booked the room, she told us that we had to check back in. If they can check us back in without charging us for another day, they could hand my husband a coffee cup that was included in the price of the room without the extra nit picking.

Awesome B&B
Tremendous place to stay in Downtown Beaufort! The accommodations were beautiful and everything in downtown was within walking distance. John, Debbie, Amy, Allen and everyone were awesome and made us feel like a part of their family!

Generally speaking, our stay was pleasant. Ms Mimi was very good at trying to correct some booking issues. We love the large oaks and pleasant walking. Some rooms are located down the street, a short walk from the main house. We were disappointed by some extra local fees and taxes that were added to the bill at checkout.
