This is an amazing hotel, from the moment we arrived the team made us feel welcome and special. The rooms are modern and clean. The bed was comfortable. We had an issue with our air conditioning, the team dealt with it quickly and moved us to a different room. A really good hotel and would recommend to anyone staying in Liverpool.

This is a nice hotel but it should be for the price. Close to the Docks and other amenities. Comfortable bed and good pillows, staff were quite helpful and friendly. However the English breakfast was not great. Mostly everything overcooked, low quality sausage and bacon. No toast and undercooked and cold poached eggs. If you’re staying here, choose another place for breakfast. For £19 it was a waste if money.

Amazing place to stay. Feels clean, safe and beautiful. My room was very nice looking, and had several seats and tables including a vanity area with a mirror. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was very good. The room included a hairdryer and I believe an iron and ironing board.
