The pool is completed and absolutely beautiful! There were plenty of reviews saying there was no hot water and the food is not great- so I knew that coming in. The rooms are not fancy but are clean. Breakfast was great the other meals I would usually order takeout (mostly pasta/rice/fish or chicken) the dinner rolls were shockingly delicious, and the fresh tortillas they had one day for breakfast. The beaches are stunning, crystal clear and bath water warm (which is good since the showers inside are cold) the pool had a fun kids area for older kids (too deep for toddlers to do without being held- probably around 3ft) the staff were kind and helpful. The AC worked. The bar had frozen pina coladas and daiquiris on tap (with or without alcohol). It is very safe and is it’s own private island you have to cross a wooden bridge to get on. This could easily be a 6 star hotel location. If you’re willing to forgo WiFi and warm showers it’s definitely a great place to stay!

The Beach and outside the building are so Beautiful and Peaceful, The property needs a lot of improvement and atencion,the building is falling apart,no for more the TWO days of Stay,will be enough. No Enough activity and Recreation on premises ,after 10 pm EVERYTHING CLOSET , No Recommended for people to want have some fun,the music no go according with the Place. Some STAFF ,ESPECIAL FRONT DESK ,NEEDS SEND BACK TO THE SCHOOL OR REPLACEMENT. STAFF TO POOR AT ALL AREAS IN HOTEL ,EXT THE ONE WORKS OUTSIDE. if you have a family , i don't recommend this hotel for you stay . they sales this hotel 4 stars y really is 1/5 just for the beach

Outdated, run down, constant smell of sewage, brown water in shower, sink and toilet, no food variation, pool shut down, rental car was hit by staff and would not compensate, tennis court not usable because of cows walking around on it, the diving is not included in the all inclusive, very limited water amenities, and Expedia was not able to help, even though they tried.
