Good location but needs updating.
It started out a bit rough. After a long journey we found out they don’t have our reservations. I showed them the confirmed reservations from Hotels.com. But they said they have nothing in their system. Long story short after numerous phone calls and waiting for 2 hours they finally sort out. Finally when we got the room and got all settled in, they told us we will need to Change the room because they gave us a wrong one. It took me 3 hours of going back and forth, running up and down to different rooms we finally got the room. I love the location of the hotel, that’s about it. Very bad experience this time. Never had this issue before when we stayed there many times in the past. Location is awesome. We can go to the mall form the same elevators. Which is very cool.
As for the hotel itself, it is outdated. Toilet flush system was broken. Excellent customer support. Everyone who works there was very friendly. Rooms were somewhat clean.
Value for your money? We paid premium price for 2.5 star hotel. Location is the only reason we chose this. We may not stay there again.
