Our flight was delayed so we arrived at the hotel past midnight, luckily, there was somebody at the desk that could contact our friends who had the key to our room. Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work in the room so we were a bit on the uncomfortable side, but the beds were comfortable.

Wonderful Customer Service
The room at the EH was very nice and spacious. We came in late, after check-in time of 11:00pm, and the front desk man stayed overtime to greet us and get us our room. He also lined up a $20 shuttle to the airport the next morning, which was there waiting for us. I would definitely stay here again.

Good stay for early flight out of Rome
Needed to stay near airport because had an overnight lay over and did not want to stay in airport terminal. Quick ride to E H Rome Hotel. Stefano waited up for us and got us in the room quickly, suggested a couple of restaurants. Mr. Luigi picked us up for ride to airport next morning. Perfect stay. Special shout out to Stefano ("Stephen") who checked us in. He is a great guy!!!!
