Hotel is ok for price
The hotel was ok but the area was a very dirty, rubbish on the streets and some shady people, probably not safe to walk at night. Red light district near by. The room was spacious ( studio apartment ) but not a good kitchen to cook in, and no coffee or tea. The air conditioner dripped dirty water on the floor and the shower did not drain well at all we had to shower in a puddle. The street noise was bad with windows open, But over all it was ok. only had 2 nights there Staff were nice enough and the room suited our needs.

Great apartment for a couple or small group of friends. Plenty of open space and very comfortable. 2 big sofas, 2 chairs and small table. Big windows that could be opened to let the air in. No hassle booking and checkin with answers to questions emailed the hotel. Location is very eclectic but do not let that put you off. It is a great area that is only 10 mins out of town by the tram. Always plenty to do and see if you enjoy experiencing a varied culture. The apartments are located between town and the royal palaces. 30 mins walk each way or jump on a tram outside the door. Would definitely recommend a stay here and would return if back in Brussels. We stayed for a 2 day city break. Easy to get to apartment from charleroi airport by public transport. Worth a visit.
