A terrific place to stroll Oberammergau
An adorable and spacious lodging right in the center( ok. On a side street so no traffic noise at all). Bounteous breakfast. Great staff at the desk and the breakfast lady was a sweet and efficient worker. My room was prepped every day while I was enjoying breakfast. Lovely sound of church bells the only sound at night. I’m not a tv watcher but there were flat screen TVs too.

Very clean, newly remodeled bath, nice size room, beds were a little uncomfortable, no a/c so street noise was often through the night. We would visit again. Staff very kind, found key easily for after hours check in. We were there for only 12 hours.

Pleasant place to stay in the Oberammergau/Etta area. Parking available and many dining options nearby. Staff was pleasant and available. Fairly standard room, but convenient place to stay as a stop over to the many local sites.

Cozy, charming place to stay
Stayed here for a second time, since we loved it the first time around. Still a great place. Room was spacious, breakfast delicious and service friendly. Only complaint is that the Wifi went out at night so I had to get up early to send some work. Still a great hotel and we'll stay again next time.

Nice hotel but check out time in morning too early
very nice hotel however check in time (mid afternoon) and check out time (much too early) made us feel that we could not really relax. In the morning we had to get up early and rush thru breakfast so as to be able to take a quick shower and pack our bags to leave by 10 am. We came during the "low" season so there were very few guests in the hotel. I found it surprising that the hotel needed 5 hours between check out and check in time to ready a room when most of the rooms were empty. It would be nice to allow guests a relaxing morning rather then rush them out of the hotel so early.
