The place was quite and good for holidays. The bathrooms particularly the shower area ( interior) needs to be cleaned. The food is good.

Very nice hotel, the food was tasty, great selection for breakfast and reasonably priced for dinner also. Only problem is that there was no WiFi in the bedrooms, so be aware of that. Besides that, I cannot really fault the hotel. The location was brilliant and a short taxi ride or even walk to Neama Bay. Will be staying here again, when I visit Sharm in the future.

We were guests of the hotel from January 5th to 12th. We booked and paid for a vacation package which included the flight and hotel on expedia. upon check in, the receptionist (AMR EL SHARAT)cannot find the reservation and keeps us in her office for at least 2 hours trying to understand why. all with a bad professionalism. when everything seems to have resolved the next day he calls us at the reception saying that we would have to pay € 124 again, which would have been the difference between the expedia booking and a local travel agency called "sun travel". shocked by this, we say that being a package booked and paid for by credit card, it was not for us to pay the difference.At this point with great difficulty we try to contact the expedia customer service in Italy who replies that we are waiting for their final email.In short, this receptionist for the next few days, almost until the end of the holiday, every time he saw us in recepion he kept asking us for money as if we hadn't paid, making us seem in front of other customers at fault.He is certainly the least suitable person to do this job. It should have been a vacation and it wasn't thanks to him. Luckily there are other people who do an exceptional job like TIZIANA at the reception, OLGA and JOSEPH as regards the animation who helped us a lot and made us spend unforgettable moments. For this we thank them very much and I must say that I would come back only for them. thanks TIZIANA, OLGA and JOSEPH.

Sono stata qui nel periodo di fine Ottobre. All arrivo ci aspettavamo un bus per l hotel ma ci siamo dovuti arrangiare con un taxi, se non prenotate con agenzia non aspettatevi la navetta. Per quanto riguarda l hotel, purtroppo siamo arrivati nel periodo di ristrutturazione quindi ci siamo ritrovati un po' nel trambusto. Devo dire che il personale è molto gentile e attento alle tue esigenze. I pasti sono a buffet di tipo occidentale, non aspettatevi molte pietanze locali. Nei giorni di permanenza, abbiato usufruito di una spiaggia sostitutiva dell' albergo, usando navette comprese nel pacchetto vacanza.

올인크루시브가 뭔지 모르는거 같다. 올인크루시브로 해서 맥주는 달라고 하는데 사실 돈 내야 한다고 하면서 생색내면서 맥주 찔금준다. 어처구니가 없어서... 눈치보고 올인크루시브 할 바엔 돈 더 주고 다른데 간다.
