Value for money
warm and friendly welcome from receptionist Rebecca who was very pleasant and helpful. Apartment a bit shabby with some stains and tears in furnishings also curtains not hung properly having said that it was very clean and comfortable and everything you could possibly need was provided. Value for money. Some communication issues prior to checking in but this was resolved and check in and check out were straight forward. I would reccommend the apartment and appreciate the hard working staff.

Good location
The good, clean, location was ideal, close to many restaurants and cinema and casino lovely walking around the canal. The kitchen was well equipped but I wonder why they don't provide bigger bins as these small ones get filled pretty quickly. The condition of the apartment was decent but definitely a bit dated and frayed around the edges. The bathroom was nicely done.

Great Central location
Excellent location, close to shops, restaurants and main sightseeing attractions in Central Birmingham. Lovely spacious apartments with good quality finishes, fully equipped and ideal for a base when staying several nights where you want to chill and relax and do things at your own pace. Would definitely return and use again. Really friendly and helpful staff on site too.

Booked for a two night stay mid week. Booking was easy (Expedia), comms from vendor OK (email). Room / apartment clean and tidy, a little on the dark side, but that's city living! Kitchen fully equipped, bed comfy, plenty of hot water and fluffy towels. Cons (I'm being picky to come up with a list!): - No on site parking, there's plenty near by though. - Little natural light - the windows face north and there's a large building opposite. - Decor - good for the most part, a couple of minor wear and tear items - door latch a little warn but secure still, some scuffed skirting. - As others mention, there's a bit of street noise from time to time, again, its a city, so not too surprising! Pros: - Convenient. - City centre location - There's 20min loading bays in front. Enough time to get the door code from your email, locate your key in the safe and find your room, with 2 x bag trips. - Clean - Lots of hot water / good pressure. - Good linen - Good pillows - Plenty of storage space - cupboards and draws. - Full kitchen Would stay again if the prices work. (they seem to vary, as with most accommodation, based on popularity)

Lift didn’t work and I wasn’t told in advance. Room was on the top floor so had to carry suitcase up 5 flights of stairs. Room wasn’t super clean. On 2nd night, 5 fire engines turned up and firefighters came into the building, but I hadn’t heard any fire alarm and it was only audible when I went down to the ground floor to see what was happening.
