Horrible, dangerous place
My recent stay at Hotel Residence Bene was a nightmare. The bathroom was grimy with dirt and mold, and the shower was disguised with tape. On the day of check-out, I was locked inside my room (Room 71) for over an hour, unable to reach the front desk. They suggested a dangerous escape over the balcony to a neighbor's room. The lack of safety and professionalism is appalling. Additionally, promised compensation to provide transportation to the airport was later disapproved by the manager. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

Kind and very organised staff, good English and incredible value for money, considering how walkable it was to most major spots in Prague and the facilities they offered (wine and cocktail bar, free buffet breakfast, tv and aircon, personal kitchenette facility) etc. Would definitely recommend :)
