Nice Hotel
You can't beat the location of this little gem of a hotel. The staff were very professional and accommodating. The room was nice however we weren't able to get it to cool down. The breakfast had some tasty options that set us up for the day. I would stay here again.

Great location near Old Town
Beautiful property in a great location near Old Town. We use carry on luggage only and it's a 5 minute walk from the train station. There is an elevator. And, we were thankful to get an upgrade!

Cold bathrooms and unhelpful managers
Besides an absolutely freezing bathroom with no heat, seriously like a refrigerator, I had, and continue to have, an issue with the deposit. The front desk person asked for a card for incidentals and then proceeded to charge my debit card a deposit. Had I known that was what she was doing I would never have given her a debit card. A bank error happened and I asked the hotel to resend it, they said they had the receipt from when they ran my card a second time. I asked the hotel to call their bank to at least check to see if it went through but they refused to and simply sent me a copy of the of the small receipt. I think they have a lot of issues with this policy because of how detailed the front desk clerk was in saying it will take a while to get the deposit back and if there are any problems which code to use. I'd stay clear as there are much warmer and more helpful hotels in Brussels.
