8/10 Very good

Nice room, comfortable bed but nothing to shout about. Breakfast was the highlight although service was a bit slow during the rush. Reflections leisure centre was nice with outdoor and indoor pool and jacuzzi and sauna. We went twice. Staff friendly.

It was a lovely weekend the staff were great. Only moan I have was there was no shower gel in the shower and no de-caf Tea bags in the room. The manager was very friendly and helpful.

Such a beautiful stay! The pool was so beautiful and such a rarity in the UK. We will absolutely be staying again. One thing to note is that there is no AC at the hotel. It was cool enough outside it wasn’t needed but definitely something to know for hot summer days.

I stay in hotels every week for work, and this was the best stay I have ever had. Every member of staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. I could go on, but honestly, just stay here. You will not regret it.
