Pros: Staff were amazing! Very accomdating and answered questions kindly and with patience. Location is fantastic! Close to every thing. Cons: No fridge in the rooms and no ice machine for the guests. Elevators are small. Occasionally, smell of cigarette smoke in the room.

Great location to Tim’s Square, but has age issues
Room 901 Pros: Clean, location to Time Square, staff was attentive and friendly plus fast to respond to requests for more towels and faulty fridge, nice smell when entering lobby. Cons: Broken bathroom door knob, toilet paper holder is flimsy and falls over easily, noisy due to construction (starts at 7:30 AM), scaffolding outside window, hard mattress, poor lighting especially for putting on makeup, overhead lighting is blinding to those sitting on bed, closet area is very dark, doors slam loudly, no ice machine, booking confirmation issues during Hotel.com booking process (Hotel.com staff were helpful in resolving).

Poor in every aspect, and 38$ nightly charge extra
(+) Location is the only good thing. (-) The hotel's entrance is blocked by external works, road works that go all night. (-) I was charged an extra 38$ per night, which was over and above all taxes and fees. The excuse was an allowance for using the gym and phone...etc. (-) the rooms are the smallest I have been in my life and I have been to hundreds of hotels. Their condition is poor and worn out (-) the AC works and stops without any control. When the AC is on, it is like a washing machine. (-) toilets are worn out, bit clean, and had small flies coming out of their drains. (-) bed isnmaie of light steel, so every movement makes noise.
