They are very slow in everything- to clean the table in the breakfast area took half hour. They are very nice peoples. The room wasn’t so clean, and the beds wasn’t comfortable. The bathroom was clean.

Excellent hotel with beautiful Mountain View, easy access. Nice staff, good breakfast, nice dinner menu. Clean n spacious room, nice spa. Would love to come again if revisiting.

Serene Gastein Trip in a Comfortable Hotel..
The stay was amazing on the lap of fresh nature, room was spacious having a nice balcony and staff was amicable. Food option was limited and suggest to have more varieties especially on Chicken menus. Public Transport is not convenient as it is 4 miles from Central Station and no restaurants are available in walking distance. Overall stay was fantastic in Gastein Valley....
