From the initial welcome at the front desk to the grandeur of the building, it feels very special staying at the Hotel Monopol. Breakfast was great and the close vicinity to Frankfurt HBf was great. The staff were AMAZING! Very kind and helpful. The room, we had 2 twins, was spacious and clean. Bathroom was also very clean and the large tub was great. Their on site parking was why I booked here and it was well worth it! The secured underground garage was a couple doors away from the main hotel entrance, you get the garage code from the front desk and paid them the €20 a night at the end of our stay- the staff was very helpful in finding and navigating it. I'd glady stay here again!!

What a lovely hotel I was a bit unsure at first as near the station but the area was fine and I was out till 11pm with no issues. The hotel is just lovely the receptionist was polite helpful and friendly the hotel is spotless and the room a lovely big size and toasty and warm with widows that actually open. Nice selection in the mini bar and the bathroom clean with a great powerful shower
