The staff is very nice and helpful, and it's a very close (5 minutes walk) from King's Cross St Pancras station. There is coffee/tea in the room. The single room is very small, carpet looked old, curtain was torn. But ok for a one night stay and I felt safe. Good for the price

It did not spoil the holiday but was not a high.
We were very disappointed at the size and the shoddy aspect of the room. Plus, when we put our used towels on the floor, after the first night( as you do in a hotel to request fresh towels), one of the blood stained towels was picked off the floor and neatly, cleverly folded to appear as a clean towel and left on the bed to be used again. I was disgusted, immediately complained and the hotel said that they would look into the matter. There was also an old train ticket behind the bedside table dating March and all around the skirting the carpet was full of crumbs. I do not like to complain , a room is only to sleep , but we were disappointed.
