Avoid this hotel
I booked in here for 3 nights but left early on the second day. The room was awful with 2 small hard single beds and smelled disgusting. It definitely looked nothing like the pictures on the website. I won't be back. 😠

Great stay in Rome
Fantastic short break in Rome. Managed to check in early as the room was ready so no need to carry luggage around. Breakfast was nice with a good amount of choice . Room wasn’t huge but adequate for what we needed. Not far from the main train station and almost next door to the opera house. Friendly staff and would happily stay there again.

Extremely rude check in clerk.
First night was not too bad. Horrible sewer smell in the bathroom until i ran the water and turned the fan on overnight. I asked if i could stay a second night. Suddenly the price went up. I went on and found the same room for a lower price than he differed. He wss pissed!. After him arguing that i had to pay more, i finally demanded my money back and i would go elsewhere. He said i woild have to deal with Too much of a hassle for me on holidays. I paid the extra money. Pretty dissatisfied with them and this stuff shouldn't happen.

Door system should be improved to reduce noise. We paid for a room with city view but end up with an escape window on the corridor. No Sound proof in the room too.

Good city break hotel
Hotel is in a good location for all the sights, easy to get to from the main train station and for the sightseeing buses. There are some lovely restaurants near by too. Room was a good size for a city hotel but could do with a freshen up as there were stains on the walls and old screws where things used to hung up. The hotel seemed clean but small details like the room phone hadn’t been dusted for some time. We stayed there for 4 nights, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good.
