    Excellent hotel

    This is one of the best hotels in Riviera Maya. Service level on par with Rosewood, excellent all around. They did a great job with their new beach club. Excellent food in all restaurants as well. Banyan Tree (and Andaz) front the best part of the beach in Mayakoba. I would not hesitate to stay at this property again.

    We had the best vacation at the Banyan Tree and didn’t want to leave! Our villa was incredible (beautiful private pool), food at all of the restaurants was delicious (ate at the beach for lunch every day and there was enough variety for us for our 10-day trip so we never got sick of it!) and all the staff were the most friendly and helpful. The grounds were also stunning - easily one of the most beautiful properties I’ve ever stayed at. Thank you so much to the Banyan Tree for an unforgettable experience!

    Banyan Tree's Special Experience

    The staff at the Banyan Tree were professional and courteous; they focus on providing you the best experience. The Guest Service Agents especially Michelle went beyond the expected service level to make you feel special. The staff maintained the room and common areas in excellent condition especially recognizing the COVID concerns that exist today. We are looking forward to experience another stay at the Banyan Tree again.

    Honeymoon Happiness

    Absolutely beautiful property, the whole Mayakoba experience was amazing. The villas are to die for, loved our private pool and the amenities at the resort. All the staff are amazing and helpful, I wish we could have stayed longer I never wanted to leave.

    This is an amazing property. The villas are all very spacious, comfortable, and well designed with large bathrooms and private pools and a beautiful private garden. The staff and service were exceptional and the beach is beautiful with cool white sand and turquoise water and great beachside service. The only downside is that the food at the property’s restaurants is largely mediocre and overpriced. That could be improved.
