Sehr schönes Hotel, sehr sauber, sehr schicke sowie moderne und neuwertige Einrichtung. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals war hervorragend, angefangen bei den Rezeptionisten über die Reinigungskräfte bis hin zu den Servicekräften beim Frühstück. Wir würden immer wieder hier hinkommen. Einziges "Manko" für frisch verliebte Paare... ;-) Es gibt leider keine Tür zwischen Badezimmer und Schlafbereich, man sollte sich demnach sehr vertraut und ohne Scham sein, wenn es um den Toilettengang geht. ;-)

Einfach nur spitze. Die Suite war super ausgestattet. Die Sauna in der Suite ein Highlight. Personal sehr nett u zuvorkommend. Rundum schön.

Wir waren 2 Nächte in dem Hotel und würden sofort wiederkommen. Schön renoviertes Hotel und tolle saubere Zimmer. Parkplatz direkt am Hotel. Aufgrund von Corona gab es "nur" Frühstück am Platz, dieses war aber super, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Personal gibt sich viel Mühe jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen und ist super Freundlich. Das Restaurant hat zur Zeit leider geschlossen. Aber auch die Bar ist eine Emphlung, Gemütlich mit einer tollen Getränkeauswahl. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen.

Modernes Hotel mit ruhig gelegener Nebenanlage (Bachhaus) im sonst eher "angestaubten" Oberharz. Ein echter Lichtblick!

Wir waren im Bachhaus (externer Teil des Hotels), super Zimmer, tolle Betten, schönes Bad, traumhaft ruhig (da nicht an der Hauptstraße). Das Einzige was fehlte war ein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer oder ein Kaffeeautomat im Foyer !!

Superschöne Unterkunft in separatem Gebäude (Bachhaus), sehr schönes, geräumiges Zimmer mit Balkon und trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig. Sehr freundliches Personal, super Fruhstück; ich wüsste nicht, was man noch besser machen könnte. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Die Unterkunft war schon sehr gut aber leider fehlte der Kosmetikspiegel im Bad und einige Spits im Bad gingen nicht. Außerdem wurden wir in einem Zimmer untergebracht wo wohl auch Hunde untergebracht werden, was nicht so schlimm wäre das Zimmer war sehr sehr sauber aber mein Mann hat eine Allergie. Da hätte man wenigstens drauf aufmerksam machen können bei Ankunft! Sonst ein sehr schönes und nettes Hotel zentral in Beaunlage.
