A hidden gem Hotel
Nice hotel located a short walk from Neath Station and car parking. Hotel from the outside doesn’t look anything special however the inside is well finished and modern. Room very good and spacious with modern decor finish. Option in room for shower or bath always a good choice. Breakfast included in booking which again a good option. We ordered the Full English , both the Vegetarian and normal , and it was all cooked to order and served piping hot and well presented. Dinner option within the hotel is an Indian restaurant which we used for ease. Again food was good and the restaurant decor very contemporary modern. All the staff in both the hotel and restaurant very friendly and helped with all our needs. All in all a very good hotel and great value for money , in a great location for accessibility to the larger cities within a short train journey.

Friendliest staff ever
The staff were so friendly and helpful. They even let us park our motorbikes in the basement for safe-keeping although there was plenty of free street parking about.

Rugby night in Neath
Positives - staff were friendly and the room was comfortable and spacious. Had an excellent indian meal in the adjoining restaurant and a very good full breakfast. Overall excellent value for money Negatives - only 5 parking spaces, tiles in bathroom were damaged and door wouldn't shut (some minor repairs required). Food left in fridge and rubbish in bin from previous occupant but this was quickly dealt with once reported. In summary apart from the parking I am sure the negatives can be rectified quite easily I would definately stay here again if visiting Neath

You wont find better value for money.
The staff we're friendly and welcoming and nothing was to much trouble anything asked they did, the breakfasts were lovely ,the room was on a parr with Premier Inn, the only thing i would suggest is the outside could do with a repaint ,but we would definitely stay again and very good value for money.

Could be a little gem!
This hotel and restaurant could be fantastic but it has been neglected which is such a shame. The outside needs to just be cleaned up.. the sign.. the entrance. The carpets just need a good clean and little things like missing toilet roll holder, etc. unfortunately after putting the kettle on we noticed major mould floating around in the kettle and on the filter. Restaurant just need to up their service and it could be full. Just needs that but if love and care.

Staying near family
The staff were friendly and helpful. We booked due to proximity to family. Breakfast was self service but cooked breakfast was good. Car park was very small and full so didn't use it.
