Not what I'd class as a 4 star hotel...
ice place super nice check in staff. Really modern and good location. We're provided a nice bottle of wine and strawberries for our honeymoon complimentary which was lovely. We took this to the roof top terrace which is great! Despite this good start the bed was very hard and the pillows terrible. Not only this the WiFi was appaling and the breakfast staff rude. There were other nice touches throughout but all in all quite disappointing for what you pay and the supposed 4 stars.

A nice place to stay
The staff is friendly and informative. The roof top patio was a nice surprise. We loved the location: a quiet street across from the river and parks, and a short close walk to the sites in the center of the city. The breakfast is good and well presented, but there are not always enough seats to accommodate everyone.

Unique design and appointments throughout the hotel & rooms. Wonderful breakfast area & service! Location is a wee bit off the traveled path but that allows for a quiet room ambience. Well within 10 to 30 minutes walking distance to all notable Florence attractions as driving is NOT an option! Upset that parking and city taxes are so high so we opted to return our car early, save the 27 euros/night but the 10 euros/night in additional city taxes was disappointing 😏

Great deal, great buffet!
The staff and accommodations here overdeliver for the price (especially their breakfast buffet). The rooftop view is not to be missed, either. The room wasn’t sparkling clean, but it certainly wasn’t dirty. The location is about a 20 minute walk from the main tourist locations, but nothing too strenuous. I would stay here again.
