Soap wasnt filled. Breakfast had many options. Smelled like burnt popcorn all night. Quiet area. Shower never really got warm. Pool was not open even though covid signs said max 10 people. Went in side door at night and hit foot on the door stop (can't see it at night at all) and bruised up side of foot. Staff was nice.

Pool and gym closed for renovation, no indication of that on Expedia. No hot breakfast option, only grab bags with a banana, roll, and water. This was also not indicated. One of our room had ants. Hallways were cluttered with bags of trash and dirty linens, even as late as 9pm when we arrived. One room had empty shampoo, conditioner, and shower gels. We will never stay here again.

The customer service was exceptional! The room was clean and newly remodeled. The property is beings remodeled and updated so all amenities weren’t available- no breakfast bar. I would definitely recommend and I would stay there again.

Super friendly staff. There was some renovation/construction going on in the front of the hotel, so parking was a little tough, but the room was clean, staff friendly, and easy to locate. No hot breakfast (thanks Covid-19), but that's not the fault of the hotel.

The check is was good until I asked about breakfast. She said due to Corona they were not offering breakfast. I informed her that the website didn't indicate that. I totally understand the current policy but they should make arrangements or take off of the price of the room. She took off $10 a night. That really wasn't a deal as they difference in price of a room with breakfast and without is definitely more than $10 per person per night. We just said whatever. We were told they would have a bag breakfast. The bag breakfast had an orange and one other item. How do you go from a full hot breakfast to nothing? Ridiculous. We were also informed that there would be no housekeeping. We were told to put the used towels in the hall. The replenished our towels by leaving a bag of towels in the hall by the door. If Corona is a concern, why leave the towels unattended in the hall for anyone to touch. We were informed that work was being done on the 2nd floor. This made parking difficult. There were work trucks parked in the lot and most took two spaces. I told the clerk at check-in I would pay cash. At check-out they charged my card. I asked the clerk to take the charge off my card so I could pay cash. She said only the manager knows how to do that. Really?? How does a clerk not know how to do a reversal, charge-back, or refund?? I've stayed at Holiday Inn for approximately 70% of my travel. This was by far the worse experience. I will chalk it up to Corona..

Hotel is always nice! We stay there whenever we visit Magee. They are renovating (didn't know) so there was extra noise going on. Water was cool late at night and woke up to cold water next morning. Asked about the water temperature, front desk staff said "let the water run 15 to 20 minutes before you get in" because of where our room was located the water had to travel further and by the time it got to the bend for our room it was cold. Never experienced this before, but i will pay attention to where rooms are located from now on.

We chose hotel for indoor pool and it was closed yet we had to pay full price. Side entrance door lock was missing ie...poor security. Decor was tired our bath Mirrow frame was stained and rusty. Barb door squeezed loudly when opened & closed. Carpet at bath door was torn and a trip hazard.
