Noise, dog poop, police, cash,
When I started to check in and I handed him cash. He told me you did not accept cash. I think it should really be on your website to say that. The dog poop in the gravel down the fence line next to the gas station was awful. The gravel in front of the hotel was full of dog poop. I have a service dog and everywhere we went to take her to the restroom there was poop everywhere. So I had to take her two businesses down to find some place to take her to the restroom. Then the noise was horrible. I have a dog for ptsd. I've been diagnosed with severe ptsd. The people upstairs kept going back and forth back and forth pounding dropping shutting the door and I mean slamming the door for hours. Then a father with two children takes hostage of his family in the room and he is screaming and shouting and then all these police show up. This was not a good experience for me at your hotel. I'm really pretty disappointed.

Great Value and nice people!
The Travelodge was a perfect place to stay while traveling on a budget. It was clean, comfortable, and a convenient location. We were checked in by the new owner himself and he was such a delight!, very helpful with our questions. The room had a microwave, refrigerator, and a good TV. I would stay again on my next road trip!

OK for the value. Definitely felt clean and safe. Nothing spectacular about the room, pretty small in comparison to others. Had no table to sit and eat and there looked like there was enough space by window for one. When we arrived our heater was not working so the front desk clerk had to come down but he did not bring tools and could not remember how to reset, but my husband pulled out our tools and to take off vent fully and find the button to reset. Problem is, the heat did not stay consistent through the night, many times it got cold. Also had an issue with TV not working and all the tv cords were hanging down, but my husband was able to adjust the connection and we had cable tv again. So slightly disappointed but certainly an ok room for the money. The clerk at front desk was very kind, and even put us in a room further away from the noise of the busy 101, so that was great. The breakfast, as is most hotels these days, minimal...a few pieces of fruit and granola bars. Save a trip and head over to the Newport Cafe for a homestyle breakfast in a unique setting. I will say that the location of this hotel was phenomenal! Very close to restaurants, fast food, grocery stores like the Fred Meyer super store and Walmart right down the street. Also close to Agate beach where you should be sure to watch sunset.
