Staff was great. Gentleman at the check in desk was very pleasant and helpful. And the morning breakfast was a true joy. The gentleman over seeing breakfast was great and funny and singing is oldies tunes!! Give him a raise!

The room was clean and comfortable but the staff was not very welcoming. The breakfast was disappointing compared to other Holiday Inn Expresses we have stayed at, the attendant was on her phone the whole time. Also there were people slamming their doors and being very loud in the hallways late at night and the shower gel and conditioner were empty.

The bathroom was not adequately cleaned. No soap in the shower container. Not a great selection of TV channels. Noisy in the rear of the property late at night and early in the morning.

The place was under construction and no one let you know. No place to park. The food was cold. The first floor was uninhabitable and the fire stairs took you down into the construction zone with no way out. The configuration of the bathroom caused you to hit your elbow if you sat down on the toilet. The staff was very nice and apologetic. The view from my window was the dumpsters and the paper recycling and the storage containers for the renovation

I paid for a king but they gave us a queen bed. The toilet broke in the evening and maintenance wasn't back til the morning to fix it, when they came late in the morning they left and there was still water all over the bathroom and entryway. The shower wasn't clean and made an obnoxious sound.
