Clean and updated facilities but NOT mattress.
Hotel was clean and recently updated but the mattress in our room was very small and very hard. We were supposed to stay two nights but checked out after first night due to the hard mattress.

Not a good stay, no blankets on beds or in room, no trash bags in cans, beds were stained and they charged me 50 dollars after I complained about the beds being stained, I was charged 3 separate charges

Unsatisfied Guest
When I checked in the lady at the front desk never mention they was working on there water. Nor did she inform me how long it would be before there water system would be working. I get ready to take a shower for work no water at all so I just checked out the room & return the keycards. I told the front desk clerk I said there’s no water she replied oh there fixing on it. Ok wish you had told me this before I paid for the room because I could have went somewhere else😠😠!!

Cleanliness was good but...
Cleanliness was good. I had 2 issues. They serviced the room when I had the do not disturb sign on the door and they inactivated my keys so I had to go to the front desk to reactivate. Minor issues but aggravating.
