I hardly give bad review but this one is exceptional. The room and facility are all quite old, floor is sticky, dark, too soft beds, and the one of the drawer in the bed room never closes so had to put a trash box to hold not to come out to open or my 2 yrs old daughter can get hurt. The staff are all not so friendly compared to my other experiences. For these things, a little disappointing for the price but okay, I can live with that. But when I saw the balcony I realized I booked a "partial" ocean view, and the view we get was just city view. I walked out to the balcony, looked around, nope, still city view. So I called the front and asked if it is a partial ocean view. They said yes, and said yeah we get that a lot, but your room is ocean view. It was already at night so next morning, I walked out to the balcony again and I looked to my far right, there is a tiny tiny part of ocean you can see, it almost too small to find so you need to “search” for it. If the room says partial ocean view, I expect to see it from the room, and some enough to make you think it is right at the ocean. This room, you can not see anything unless you walked out, and look carefully in the 99% city view with busy street with lots of cars. If they are aware many people ask the same question I asked, then why do they keep calling the room "partial" ocean view? They should call it just city view, or almost none or 1% ocean view. It is so unfair for everyone to pay extra money to get 1% ocean view.

    Great place to stay
Only problem was that the TV and a few nearby electric outlets did not work; we found the panel box, flipped the switch and all was well. The room was lovely, staff was warm and friendly. We stayed only one night, but it was comfortable and nice.

Great for families but not for couples
The room was great and the staff was very friendly. However, this place is definitely for families and not the place to stay if you want a relaxing vacation. There are five pools but none that are “adult only”. Every pool was was full of kids running and jumping in the pools and filling up the jacuzzis so it was hard to find anywhere quiet to just relax and have a conversation or a dip in the pool without being surrounded by kids. The restaurants were expensive and the food was mediocre at best, but again, it is geared towards families and not couples. There are some great restaurants in the hotels nearby so we went offsite for all our meals. If you want to take your kids on a vacation the stay here. If you want to have a relaxing adult vacation I would go elsewhere.
