Loved our stay.
First time staying at Harmony and it was a great choice. Friendly staff, amazing breakfast and terrific location to the Old City, Machaneh Yehuda Market, Mamilla Mall, etc. Happy hour at 5:00 with wine and appetizers is a nice way to end the afternoon. The only suggestion I would make is for the hotel to upgrade the lights in the rooms. I found the lighting to be poor. Better fixtures, led bulbs and better bedside reading lights would be a huge improvement.

Needs an upgrade but the staff are wonderful
The Harmony is brilliantly located, central and convenient, with a short walk to the old city and Ben Yehudah St. the staff are friendly, accommodating and helpful. What’s not so great is that it’s tired and in serious need of updating. Compared to other hotels at a similar price point and within 100m of this one, the Harmony doesn’t come off well. And on this trip I stayed at one of these. A good upgrade and modernisation would do it wonders. In saying that the breakfasts are great, and the late afternoon complimentary nosh is a great addition.

My stay
The staff was amazing very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff was incredible. They remembered me and remembered what I was doing that day. Tarek is amazing, he really made it feel like we were home. He deserves 5 stars. The rooms are very small I had very little space to move around. The noise outside the hotel from the street was a bit irritating when trying to sleep

We stayed here for four nights. Ideal location for tour pickups and for walking into the old city. Lovely street. Staff were great at both of the Harmony hotels where we stayed and considering that the service in most places in Israel is very poor, it really makes a difference to have well trained staff.
