the cleaning of the room wasn´t included
the bed was to hard for me and nobody told me that you have to pay extra for the housekeping to clean the room $20 euros per day.

Staff are really helpful and nice. Hotel room is dirty, without cleaning during stay except for paying extra costs. Toilet is dark and dirty too. So disappointed.
