Smells bad and has cockroaches
When we booked this location I thought it was going to be like a Marriott Residence Hotel. I was completely wrong. This is someone's studio you are renting out. The check in process is dreadful. You have to check in with the property manager via text/phone & then go to the front desk and check in again. It's as inconvenient as it gets. We arrived around 9am and wanted to leave our bags at the front desk and go grab some foods. Well this isn't like a hotel where you can leave your bags at the front desk until your room is ready. You have to take your bags to the basement and they allow you to leave it there for 3 hours. Anything longer they charge. When we were finally able to check in the studio it had an awful smell. It is clean but that studio has small cockroaches. I couldn't wait for our stay to end. If you aren't happy with your room you can't switch to a different room since it's not a hotel. I recommend you look for another places and don't stay here.

To Expedia and to the property owner, I want to let you know that I was disappointed with the property. I will list down my reasons. - 2 days after booking I received a message at 8 am asking me to provide an ID to process the checking in. It was noted that I have to submit it before 12nn as the staff was only working until that time. So I was only given 4 hours which if I didn't check my email, I could have missed it. I think requirements should be communicated asap to avoid any inconvenience to your guests? - When we arrived they handed me 1 access card which I will get penalised if I share with the other quests. My booking clearly stated 3 adults! Do you expect me to pick them up from the lobby each time they want to go out? I don't question your rule but you should have organised 3 access for us and not just one. -I will list down the room amenities as per mentioned/described on the website but weren't in the property: toaster,espresso maker,coffee grinder rainfall shower head (ordinary shower only), slippers toiletries (soap and toothbrush were provided only), netflix not working, laundry facility black out curtains, connected to a shopping centre. I wont mind not having those, but I expected the property to have those as advertised. -something is wrong with the fridge. Every about 30 minutes it makes a noise. Loud noise that keeps walking us up. But I couldn't turn it off as we have items needed to be kept cold. -room wifi is connected but nothing is loading
