Very nice property
The hotel is in a very good location, close to Times Square, the subways, and convenience stores and restaurants. The staff was excellent and very accommodating and friendly, and the room and housekeeping were terrific. The only downside to this hotel is that the elevators are painfully slow. Getting an elevator, especially in the morning during breakfast time is not easy. But even during non-busy times, the elevators take forever! Multiple times we had to go all the way up to the top floor to get back down because they were so crowded and slow.

The hotel is nice. The housekeeping staff is amazing and keep the rooms in perfect condition. Our room was cleaned every day and fresh towels, toiletries and other things were changed. The breakfast was really good. A lot of fresh hot items, fruits and other healthy choices. Our biggest issues was with the front desk staff. The worst possible staff. They were not not friendly, very rude and ignorant. It seems like they didn't want to be there. This person, whose name I think is Rain, was unpleasant, rude and got angry every time we requested anything. Elevators during breakfast time were slow. We had to wait for a long time every day to get to our room which was on the 14th floor. We took stairs on the way down.

Overall I was pleased with my stay. The facility appeared very well-maintained, and as a general clean. The carpeting was worn, there appeared to be many areas on the carpet that were stained or gummed down with some sort of residual something. There was a mat in the bathtub, it was clearly old, and not changed regularly. My hair is very blonde, when I peeled it back, there were multiple long, dark hairs in it. I know they did not come from me, therefore, they must be from someone else. Otherwise, the building was in very good condition, especially for NYC and I am happy that I stayed there. I would be willing to stay there again. Front desk, staff, checking in at night was outstanding!
