    A little dirty

    So had mold on shower walls and curtain. Floors and counter in bathroom not clean. Hair on ceiling. Tub didnt drain properly. Was told no room service, so no cleaning or towels, unless I called. And they wanted tips, for what? Took pics of luggage when I went out, knowing what happens at some places and it seemed someone was looking, dispite no room service. Complained to manager they said no one entered, but then how did my items move. Then they came to clean bathroom, maintenance man came to fix drain and then cleaning lady, she thought she was only changing curtain. Then said mold was holes? Both maintenance and me said NO. Cleaned that and she was ready to leave when I asked about floor and counter to be also cleaned. And they notice the ceiling, since I noticed hair was gone. And the tub still didnt drain after fixed. It was like bathroom was completely missed during cleaning between customers, sad during Covid times. Rugs need a good cleaning. Chicken wings were yucky and asked for Ceasar salad, since I can't eat tomatoes or cucumbers and both were present on salad???

    Disappointed

    Stayed during Hurricane Ida evacuation. The parking garage elevator and the room service ordering via the TV were both down our entire stay. Disappointing when we were paying close to $600 per night. Also, should say dog friendly and not pet friendly as cats are not accepted.

    Mediocre stay

    The restaurant staff were extremely friendly. The front desk was not friendly at all. None of them seemed happy with their job. Also, every time that I tried to call the front desk, it would ring a minimum of ten times and sometimes I would then be put on hold. Obviously, the call was being answered off site and the responder couldn’t answer my questions, so then I was transferred to the front desk that either never answered or acted frustrated that I even called. Front desk needs to be turned over and hire a friendly staff or change the front desk manager. Why doesn’t the casino hire an onsite concierge or onsite operator to provide better and more prompt service? Also, my floor had a huge dehumidifier. Never a good sign when you see a commercial dehumidifier in the hallway.

    Well the room had a smell to it , the carpet in the halls looked dirty . The only good thing was the bed was comfortable, the pillows were terrible. Went on an anniversary, as my husband said this one is in the books we will not be back
