My first stay in Sofia. Good Choice. Clean, terrifically accommodating staff. Spacious rooms. Instant in room coffee sucked. Super location. I would definitely go back.

Awful stay. Reception staff were abrupt and unhelpful at all times. Expedia lists spa service as extra, but jacuzzi as included - but we were made to pay for jacuzzi. Noise from hotel events kept us up until gone 0130am despite several promises by a very disintrested recption staff that the noise would end at midnight. I don't know why they booked out the bedrooms next to the event room if they knew they had xmas parties booked. The noise was so loud I could hear the thud of the music even with earplugs in. Decor is tired and dull. Asked reception to book us a taxi, they said they could, but then didn't and covered it up by flagging down a a street taxi. The street taxi felt very unsafe and below standard and was quite alarming. Overall a terrible stay, and we raised all issues while we were there but nothing was done. Truly awful. We deffinitly would have choosen senses hotel, around the corner instead which has a lovely and fully free pool and jacuzzi. Don't go here, the place is awful. Not sure I'd use Expedia again either as listing very misleading.
