Room was not very clean and outdated with tears in the old carpets, stained up couch ,cracks in sheetrock in bathroom. Part of the swing bar door guard was missing so it was not usable, rusted refrigerator, dirty windows and mirrors. Staff was friendly and did bring us towels.

I had a suite. Staff was very friendly. It comes with fridge and microwave which was nice. The shower would switch between hot and cold water a lot and the tv could maybe add Netflix or something, but all in all a pretty decent stay!!

Full of mold, nasty carpeting, and the stink of every foot to ever cross the threshold of your woefully undercleaned room. The AC is cold, the bed is comfortable after you spend 45 minutes checking for bedbugs, and thats about it. The keycards don't work. Your foot might go through the decking. Or the tub. Or the subfloor. The water pressure is good if you can get it to stay hot. The continental breakfast is stale bagels, instant coffee, warm milk, and maybe cereal. Don't stay here.

We stayed here since it was close to the location for a wedding we were attending. I was also attracted to the discounted price of the stay. The reviews were decent. We stayed 3 nights. The room was very old, run down and dated. It could use a major face lift. My main frustration and complaint is that there was terrible lighting. It was too dark and dingy to apply make-up in the bathroom. There is not a working light over the mirror. The facility did have amenities available that were fine. We used the ice machine, mini fridge and microwave. Overall, we made it work and realized that we get what we pay for. The price was definitely a good deal for what it is. If you don't need good lighting or a modern motel experience, this is the place for you. Friendly staff and clean property. House keeping did a good job each day.

Parking was good. Shower was terrible, paint chipping on the walls in the bathroom. Beds were very small and not comfortable. A/C worked well which was a plus. No tissues in the room provided. When I called to ask for more towels the lady told me I had to come in and get them myself. Continental breakfast does not have any hot food, it’s all bagels and toast.

Checkin was good, lots of advising on area, however my room key didnt work, instead of new key was given new room (with broken walls/TV remote didnt work/and again had to rekey room 4 times in 24 hours out of 48 (each time i exit, it would stop working). .. Cleaning managers is not friendly:check out was horrible (I was told that I cant check out 15 min late)...I think staff should be trained much better..i wont return...however, it is cheap stay next to Cracker Barrel..

Staff was very helpful and provided all the things we needed including extra towels, wash clothes, pillows etc. The hotel could use some updating and maintenance repairs. The rooms were not very clean, it seemed like house keeping doesn't care about their work. We ended up switching rooms because our original room was dirty. The sink was dirty with hair and dirt. Their was a used wash cloth in the shower, the one pillow smelled like body odor, there were no sheets on the pull out sofa bed. The room was obviously not cleaned much of at all. The room always to be changed because the beds were made but upon further inspection we quickly realized the room was pretty gross. Overall our stay was fine and the staff were helpful.

The first room the front desk clerk put me in was very poorly in kept and unclean. The bed sheets were stained and the bathroom tub was dirty was the kitchen. I give this place a 3 star because the front desk clerk tried to make the situation better by moving to another room. The second room was a little better, at least the sheets were clean, the kitchen was clean and the bathroom was clean. The tub, however had a crack in the middle and felt like you were going to fall through it. I realize the hotel has been around for a very long time but I truly feel like if you are still going to be in business, then fix the place up and make it presentable so customers feel comfortable staying there. That being said, I will never stay there again.
