Stayed here early/mid-May which must be right before their tourist season and it was nice and quiet. We used the pool and hot tub a few times and had it all to ourselves. Breakfast was good (cereal, fresh waffles, eggs, meat, fruit, toast, muffins, etc) and the staff maintaining the breakfast area kept it well stocked and clean! Comfort-wise, the beds were okay. One felt like it was kind of sagging in the middle, but thankfully we had a room with two beds so we just slept in the other one. The couple of issues that we had: -probably the biggest one was I booked a room for two queen beds, the ones we got appeared to be full-sized mattresses -our room was not fully cleaned before we checked in (we found some cheetos on the floor next to the beds). -we did not get any housekeeping during our two night stay. Granted, we could have gone down to the front desk and asked for a couple more towels/toilet paper roll if we needed, but it would have been nice to have a vacuum or even get the trash taken out

Good not great
As the title says, good, not great. The staff was friendly, and the common areas were nicely kept. The room at first glance appeared clean, but after closer inspection there were some points of concern. The sheets had what appeared to be a blood stain, and while it looks like the sheets had been laundered, the stain was off putting. Perhaps throw bloodstained sheets away? There was also a strange locked door with slats in the bedroom, probably mechanical, but maybe label it so as not to make guests feel as though they’re being watched or wonder why there is a locked door in their room. Also, as we were packing up I noticed what appeared to be dried blood on the handle of the nightstand. Thankfully I hadn’t gone into it so I didn’t touch it, but nasty knowing it had been there since we checked in. We also had to run down to get bedding for the pull out couch as it hadn’t been preplaced in the room. There was an empty bag which should have had the bedding but I’m guessing it got scooped up when housekeeping cleaned up from the previous guests. The staff was happy to oblige the request, just sucked to have to run to the lobby to pick up what should have already been there. Lastly, we had to use the room towels because the pool had no towels in the late afternoon, and the toilet in the pool area appeared to have overflowed in the bathroom. Nice people, just need more attention to cleaning and small details. Would probably stay here again.

Sadly the ratings on this hotel are misleading. I think the pictures were from corporate. This was nearly 200 dollars and is one of the dirtiest and run down hotels I have been to in a long time. The bathroom sink doesn’t drain. The floor is filthy in the bathroom. There is hair from those that have gone before us on the walls. Unfortunately the place needs big updates and maintenance.

The staff at this hotel were so nice and accommodating! The rooms were clean and tidy. However, the parking lot is way too small for this hotel. A restaurant shares the parking lot and ilwhen its busy, the hotel guests are very limited with spcaces.
