I picked this hotel because Im a platinum member with bonus + so I get free room upgrade in ebookers VIP hotels, I emailed hotel a few times in advanced to notify I will be coming and have room upgrade for me, no replies from any of my emails sent, got to hotel and was told I won't be getting any room upgrade even tho they were still selling the higher rooms available on ebookers for the date I chose, it was my first time picking a hotel with VIP from ebookers and it will be the last, I didn't get my perk I am entitled to and my emails ignored from hotel, please ebookers take this VIP status away from this hotel

The hotel is average at best ! When i arrived they told me they had over booked and had to move me to a sister hotel up the street . The next hotel was a 2 star at best ! I would not recomend !

Great little hotel in a quiet soi but close to train and restaurants. Good buffet breakfast BUT get in early Very good reception staff -friendly and helpful thanks. BEST WIFI in Bangkok Great little gym and pool if you get time . Overall a top hotel ..good value
