Good
Room was extremely small, parking was paid located in two blocks from the hotel, it was around 40$ per day. Service was good and the room was cleaned. The location was super great! That’s the best characteristic of this hotel. But I don’t recommend the rooms for more than 2 people and if you’re traveling with a lot luggage this is not the hotel For you.

Very good
It was extremely load because of hispanic family occupying at least 3 rooms on the same level - several times we tried to explain them that some respect toward other guests would be nice, not much changed so far

Poor
I had been to this property before and liked it for its location despite the tiny rooms and poor elevator service, but this stay was terrible. I got the feeling the city is using this hotel to house people in need of some sort and one of the only two elevators was not working the whole time I was there. This led to my walking down 11 flights at least four times in my two days and at least three, 10-minute waits going up. The hotel allowed construction crews to use the one elevator during daytime hours and that made things worse. My television remote didn’t work on arrival and the engineer they sent up to my room spent 20 minutes trying to fix it in my shoebox of a room while I was trying to run a zoom meeting. He left and said he’d be back when he figured it out, but he never returned. Kenneth, the front desk guy at the time was nice and tried to help himself but couldn’t figure it out either, so 5 hours later they gave me a new room. I was there to relax more than anything and I couldn’t. I was late to a meeting because the new key for the new room expired the next day so I had to go down to the desk to get a key and then wait 5 minutes for the next elevator. By that time it was way too late and a lot of people didn’t stick around The woman at the front desk later said she’d speak to a manager and try to get me some sort of compensation, but she never did a thing and the other woman who told me the elevator isn’t usually broken and that it would be working

Very good
I loved that the property was convenient to restaurants and mass transportation to and from the airport. I wish they had a small fridge in the room and had some liquid soap to wash hands especially during this pandemic. Otherwise, this was perfect.
