Good location, not smart hotel
Location was amazing but their registration process and quality of the room was pretty frustrating. They send you a message to tell you that they're not a hotel and you need to register before you come. They want you to send a photo of yourself and your ID. They asked for a lot of personal information that's really irrelevant to staying and I imagine great for identity theft. Once I checked in nobody explained the door code but I was able to figure it out. They send you an email with the code you have to enter on the keypad. However the lights in the hallway did not turn on automatically so I needed my phone light to find it many times since it doesn't light up until you touch it. Once in the room I immediately noticed there was no top sheet nor towels. I was able to find a maid eventually and get some. There was a stove top but no pot. Reception gave me one but the stove top didn't work. Walls were thin, especially in the bathroom where it's just a thin sheet of plexiglass. Advertised as a smart hotel, this place is a lot of learning to do

Great location, comfortable apartment, but loud!
I was in São Paulo to be interviewed for an University job. My intentions was to stay in the apartment studying and preparing my talk. However, silence is not an option. Doors and walls are thin. I could hear the elevator's doors opening, the snore of other guests, and the cleaning personel all from inside my apartment. Cleaning starts at 9 am and I could hear them talking and laughing. On the bright side, you'll be hosted in one of the best neighborhoods of São Paulo, with food and drinks available 24-7, close to metro stations and with plenty of bars and restaurants around you.
