Boutique Budget Option
Great location and design but overall accessibility and customer experience is lacking. Brown Hotels lacks both customer centricity and cleanliness standards. Upon arrival for an extended 14 day stay we discovered our room was not as pictured on our booking and when kindly requesting to switch at any point during our trip we were met with a hard no - an inflexibility we’ve never encountered at any reputable hotel around the world. We also subsequently realised the air conditioning was poorly positioned and likely hadn’t been cleaned resulting in a nasty cold/bacterial infection. Not to mention daily cleaning was sub par with floors being dusty, bed sheets still wrinkled after they had been supposedly changed and dirty towels often left behind.
While reception staff is lovely they have no authority. Its a cute budget option but nothing more.
