Perfection
Wonderful brand new state of the art hotel . Located directly on the beach with exceptional eateries in the area. However I don’t want to diminish the Grands epicurean delights at all. Demetri, Victoria , breakfast staff simply tremendous.. Hotel provides easy secure parking and unparalleled service not to mention the Guy LaRoche towels

While the hotel is yet to be completed (the rooftop bar and spa won't open until later in the year), this was a lovely hotel with very friendly staff who greeted us with a complimentary drink on arrival and showed us to our room. The staff were attentive and helpful throughout the stay.

The design and style was very modern, and the property is only a couple years old, the room was lovely and sea side at a small port. the bedding was outstanding, the position on the waterfront is fair. The front desk ladies were wonderful. Elena and Victoria were everything a hotel owner would desire to represent them. As good as any in the world for warmth and service. Elena and Victoria, provided Concierge style services. The breakfast was fine, gourmet style and varied, however, simple and quick with the standard fare it is not. One server though lovely, serves guests as well as the waterfront across the way. The food and beverage staff needs help. The afternoon/evening waiters were overwhelmed and forgetful..the bad service here was unforgettable. Elena makes it memorable. Service from the desk and housekeepers excellent. The evening bar and waiters for the hotel and its cafe was seriously lacking. The service in the Grand Cafe was not fitting of a property that is trying to be, and obviously spent the money on high quality goods and design.
